Stop by our Café on 5^th Ave to enjoy a healthy, affordable and well-prepared lunch. The Café is open to both members, and non-members, and offers a three-course lunch at a very reasonable price. For those who want a lighter lunch, or have food allergies our kitchen volunteers are always there to help.

The café is open from early September to mid June, 11:30am to 1:00 pm Monday to Friday (closed on Statutory Holidays).

Our Frozen Meals are made from scratch and are perfect for those times you are home and don’t feel like cooking. These are available, while quantities last, for $10.

There are also a number of pancake breakfasts served during the year, normally on Sundays. Why not check this month’s menu to see if there is one this month.
